Seattle Children's plans to construct a new $80 million patient tower and renovate existing buildings on its Laurelhurst Campus. Phase I includes a nine-story, 305,000 square foot new patient bed tower that includes connections to existing hospital buildings as well as demolition, earthwork, and site work.
