Swedish Medical Center has planned various regional medical office buildings to give its patients better access to care. Three projects are underway — Mill Creek, Bear Creek and Maple Valley.

The Mill Creek project is a phased medical office building campus that will eventually include four office buildings and a parking garage. The steel-framed building has 84,000 square feet of office, emergency services, and lab/imaging spaces. The projects in Bear Creek and Maple Valley will be similar in function to the Mill Creek project.
