Four existing buildings will be demolished to make room for the new facility.

An 800-stall parking garage will also be constructed in the northwest quadrant of the campus. Full civil design will be provided for both the new buildings including grading, utilities, erosion control, stormwater treatment and discharge, and new parking entrances and exits.
