The 34,600 square foot existing hall renovation will create state-of-the-art classrooms, an alternative energy laboratory, and a new campus data center. A 58,000 square foot, steel-framed addition will provide a two-story laboratory building with a three-story office wing. There will also be a new 4,800 square foot interdisciplinary lab. Hogue Hall will be a model of sustainable design where students can train for green jobs. The addition is pursuing LEED Silver.
