This project involves the renovation and seismic upgrade of Seattle University's 96,500 square foot library and adding a new 44,000 square foot learning commons in front of the east entrance. The commons is pursuing LEED Gold and is the first project on SU’s campus to follow the University’s newly established sustainable design goals.
