This four-story residential hall's brick veneer and steep, gabled roofs reflect the traditional character of the University's campus. The building provides housing for 184 students in single rooms arranged in suites with semi-private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and living rooms. Because the university desired a flexible space that could adapt to accommodate changes in student housing trends or varied future uses, a concrete structure with few load bearing walls was used.
