Originally constructed in 1896, Clark Hall is one of the oldest buildings on the University of Washington's Seattle campus. The hall will be renovated into general assignment classrooms. Additional upgrades to the structure include restoration of the attic space from previous fire damage, life-safety, seismic, accessibility, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
