Awarded the 2009 NAIOP Hospitality Development of the Year Award, the expansion of the Hyatt Regency at Bellevue Place included 614,000 square feet of new construction.

Through close collaboration with both the general contractor and Kemper Development, a phasing plan was developed that ensured utility service to the existing hotel, office building and restaurants at Bellevue Place remained operational throughout construction of the new development.
