Located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, Broadway Crossing is the first affordable housing project in Seattle to achieve a LEED Silver rating. It was the recipient of the 2008 ABC Excellence in Construction Award for Mixed-use Buildings and the 2007 Smart Communities Award, recognizing the project’s ability to bring together many elements of Seattle's Comprehensive Plan while meeting the needs of different users.
