The Chloe apartments is a six story, 144,000 square foot mixed-use building that provides the surrounding Capitol Hill neighborhood with 117 residential units, 8,400 square feet of retail space, and parking for 93 vehicles.

The development involved excavation and temporary erosion control, frontage improvements, grading, water and sewer services, and storm utilities. The roof and a landscaped courtyard on the first floor help reduce the impervious footprint and help mitigate stormwater runoff.
