This five-story, mixed-use building includes 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, 80 living units, and a roof-top terrace on the second floor. The Pearl sits atop two and a half levels of below-grade parking. Site development included excavation and temporary erosion control, a new curb radius, and water, sewer, and stormwater utilities.
