This new two-story facility is configured for future conversion into a high school. Features include four personal learning centers to facilitate student-teacher interaction and a 50-foot glass wall at the school’s main entry.

Site design included a new country road, sewer truck line, and balancing the site earthwork. Storm water design incorporates two detention ponds, as well as a series of bioswales and controlled discharge to adjacent wetlands. To maximize usable site area, wetland banking was used.
