Originally constructed in 1925, a portion of the school has been noted as a landmark by the Historic Preservation Board. This GC/CM project involved the renovation of the school’s historic building and the addition of a new three-story classroom building and gymnasium to the campus. Insulated glass in classroom windows provides sweeping views of nearby Boeing Field while also blocking noise from the airport.
