The Microsoft Master Plan outlines development objectives over the next ten years for Microsoft's main campus in Redmond. The goals of the Master Plan were three-fold. First, the plan set out to establish a framework for the company's growth in Redmond’s Overlake area. Second, it identified campus information in order to strategize future construction activity. The final component was an agreement between Microsoft and the City of Redmond that streamlines project permitting processes and minimizes uncertainty and risk of development requirements.
