Located in Seattle's South Lake Union community, this building houses five stories of commercial and laboratory space and a 300-stall below-grade parking area. Our work included exterior design of all precast elements and their connections, exterior metal studs, and shoring for the excavation.

Lab-related specialty work included design for heavy loads, heavy mechanical coordination, vibration analysis, and tenant improvements for various lab start-up firms.

We also designed the Bank of America branch located on the southwest portion of the site.
