Russell Hall is a six-story, mixed-use building that received a LEED Gold certification. The concrete structure is comprised of two levels of residential space atop three levels of office and one level of ground floor retail. The entire building sits above a three-story, underground parking garage.

Russell Hall was the recipient of the Masonry Institute of Washington’s 2010 Excellence in Masonry Design Award for a Multifamily Residential project.
