Nintendo’s new North American headquarters is a five-story building with four above-ground levels of office and public gathering space and one below-ground level with a fitness center and parking for 125 cars. A tunnel runs underground from the parking area to the neighboring three-story parking garage that can accommodate more than 600 cars. The project is pursuing LEED Gold.
