This LEED Gold facility occupies an entire city block and is comprised of two structures. Both buildings provide office space on upper levels, retail at the street level, and below-grade parking. The buildings are connected by a sky bridge and feature a curbside streetcar stop. Westlake Terry serves as headquarters for Group Health Cooperative and also houses offices for Microsoft.
