The Joshua Green Building has been owned by the same family-run investment company since it was first constructed in 1912. Due to its distinctive architectural style, this Seattle Landmark underwent a complete seismic renovation and a systems and interiors upgrade to Class A office space.

To minimize architectural impacts, advanced seismic design methodologies, including pushover analyses, resulted in seismic upgrades that allowed for maximum flexibility.
