Smith Tower Renovation, Seattle
Services: Structural The refurbishment of this 42-story, stately downtown Seattle landmark restored its original elegance while providing its office tenants with state-of-the-art technology. Renovation included seismic upgrades, restoration of the lobby, and installation of fiber optic communications systems. We are currently working on the proposed renovation of a portion of the building from offices to residential space. |
