PCC Natural Markets
Services: Structural Coughlin Porter Lundeen provided engineering services on the renovation of the Edmonds PCC Natural Market. Services included a seismic evaluation and tenant improvements to the building’s masonry walls, skylight openings, roof, and mezzanine. Our firm has also provided design for PCC Natural Markets in Fremont, Issaquah, Redmond, Seward Park, and Wedgewood. These projects involved new construction, seismic upgrades, and tenant improvements. |
