Coughlin Porter Lundeen is currently providing engineering services on the renovation of the Edmonds PCC Natural Market. Services include a seismic evaluation and tenant improvements to the building’s masonry walls, skylight openings, roof, and mezzanine.

Our firm has also provided design for PCC Natural Markets in Edmonds, Issaquah, Fremont, and Seward Park. These projects involved new construction, seismic upgrades, and tenant improvements.
