Coughlin Porter Lundeen provided engineering services on four new Safeway stores in Duvall, Everett, Kent, and Seattle. The buildings consisted of steel-framed roofs and masonry load bearing perimeter walls on spread footings. Architectural features along some of the storefronts included glulam beams and connector plate wood trusses.
