Aljoya House is a Mercer Island assisted living community consisting of 112 units offering easy access to a nearby art park and trail system. The facility includes a large dining area, swimming pool, exercise room, salon/spa, performing arts center, business center, and wellness center.

We are also providing design services for ERA Living’s $20 million senior living facility within Northgate’s burgeoning retail and housing community. The 246,000 square foot, six-story facility is comprised of 387 residential units.
