ERA Living’s senior living facility within Northgate’s burgeoning retail and housing community is a 246,000 square foot development that includes a mix of above-grade residential units, at-grade mixed use spaces, and below-grade parking. The six-story facility is comprised of 387 living units — accommodating retirement, assisted living and skilled nursing residents.

Unique design features involved careful collaboration with the design team and contractor on integrating multiple exterior systems, planters, trellises, landscaped terraces, balconies, and canopies, and an interior grand stairway.
