LifeCare's Timber Ridge development will be comprised of 300 independent living residences, 70 assisted living private rooms, 60 skilled nursing beds, a clubhouse and commons area, and medical, administrative, and pharmacy facilities. Designed and constructed in two phases, the buildings will all share similar exterior designs resembling a mountain village setting.
