Constructed in two phases, LifeCare's Timber Ridge development will consist of 300 independent living residences, 70 assisted living private rooms, 60 skilled nursing beds, a clubhouse and commons area, and medical, administrative, and pharmacy facilities. The Timber Ridge buildings are designed to resemble a mountain village. Phase I of the project is complete with Phase II scheduled for completion in 2010.
